Hm, what should I cook today?
Does this question bother you from time to time? 
I unfortunately do not have a lot of time to cook (though I enjoy it very much). Thus I'm always searching for quick and easy dinner recipes. And, if possible, healthy recipes...
Moreover, the recipe shouldn't be for pasta. I love pasta, but I refuse to use a recipe for making pasta. Instead, I loot the fridge and use everything which seems to be suitable. I'm always curious what comes out in the end.
Anyway, I found a perfect, vegan recipe which I'm happy to share with you: tomato soup with vegetables. Enjoy!

Quick and Easy Dinner Recipes: Tomato Soup

  • 9 ounces white beans
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carote
  • 1 onion
  • 7 ounces pointed cabbage
  • 2 peperonis
  • Oil
  • A tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili
  • 1.7 cups of vegetable stock
  • 1.7 cups of tomatos in pieces
  • 1 garlic clove
For the tomato soup, you peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces afterwards. Next, you peel the carote and cut it into slices. Peel the onion and the garlic and cut it into small pieces.
Wash the cabbage and cut it into slices, as well as the peperonis.

Sweat the onion and the garlic in oil, afterwards add the tomato paste. Fry it for a short time and add the remaining vegetables. Add the vegetable stock and let it cook (with cover) for 10 minutes.

Finally, add the tomatoes and the spices.
